Floor Plans feature allows viewing and interacting with facility layouts. Full screen mode expands the floor plan view. Zoom functionality enables closer inspection of floor plan details. Pan tool allows navigation across different areas of the floor plan. Maintenance Requests can be displayed and accessed directly on the floor plan by location. Selecting a specific location such as Classroom 4 shows all associated Maintenance Requests for that area. Work Orders are viewable on the floor plan with identifiers like R-01 that can be clicked to open the full Work Order details. Assets are displayed on the floor plan with identifiers such as AC Unit 003, Cooling Tower 2, and Band Saw 1. Clicking on any Asset opens its detail page showing specifications and information. Assets can display associated Work Orders and preventive maintenance schedules. Selecting a Work Order like "Bandsaw Is Broken" opens the Work Order record showing details, progress tracking, and current status information. The Floor Plans view provides direct access to Maintenance Requests, Work Orders, and Assets without navigating away from the visual floor plan interface.
