Number of users reflects the number of people on your maintenance team (Managers, supervisors, technicians). Vendors and requesters are not users. Example, if your team has 3 managers and 7 technicians, you would require 10 users.

How does pricing work?

Click Maint software follows a subscription-based pricing model, based on the number of users. Customers can sign up for an annual term or monthly term. Annual terms are discounted. 

Are there any setup fees?

For customers who are starting from scratch and don’t need assistance with data migration, there are no setup fees. However, if customers have a lot of data to be imported or are transitioning from another CMMS, professional service fees may apply. Is there a free trial?

 Yes, of course. You can sign up for a 30 day Free Trial.

What is a paid user?

Users are managers and supervisors who need to log in to Click Maint to manage work orders, assets, parts, requests, vendors and locations, and run reports. Maintenance technicians who create, update, and complete work orders, PMs, and inspections are also users.  People who use Click Maint to submit and get updated on requests are not users, and vendors are also not users. 

If your maintenance or facilities department has 1 Director, 1 Manager, 1 Supervisor, 9 Maintenance Technicians, and 30 staff who need to submit requests only, you would need 12 users.

Are requesters free?

Yes, with the Professional Plan, you get an unlimited amount of requester users at no extra cost. You can also set up a request portal webpage, and people in your organization can submit maintenance requests without having to log in. 

Is there a discount for non-profit organizations?

Yes, we offer special discounts for non-profit organizations. Please contact our sales team for more information and to discuss your organization's eligibility.

Is customer support included in the subscription?

Yes, customer support is included in all subscription plans. Our support team is available to assist you with any issues you may encounter.

How long is the subscription term?

Our CMMS software is available with both monthly and annual subscription options. There is no minimum contract period for monthly plans, but annual plans come with cost savings.

Are there flexible payment options?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options to accommodate your organization's budget. 

What currencies are accepted?

We accept payments in USD and CAD. 

Are software updates included in the subscription?

Yes, software updates are included in the subscription. You will have access to the latest features and improvements as part of your ongoing subscription. Updates are automatically pushed into production regularly, and key contacts and users are notified about the latest releases.  There can be material software features developed that are not included in your current subscription. Some future enhancements and updates will be made available at additional cost.

Is training included?

Remote web-conference training through Zoom is included in the initial onboarding. All users will have 24/7 access to online digital training resources (articles, videos, interactive tours, webinars). During onboarding, customers will receive admin and end-user training.

What is the cancellation policy?

Customers can choose not to renew their subscriptions after the initial term. If you subscribe for an annual term, you can choose not to renew after the first year. If you subscribe for a monthly term, you can choose not to renew the following month. See our Terms of Service for more details.

How do customers extract their data if they cancel?

All lists and reports within Click Maint can be exported to Excel (.xls). Users with permission can export data. We also provide a straightforward process for customers to export their data upon cancellation. Our support team will guide you through the steps to ensure a smooth transition.
