Create a new maintenance request by clicking Request. Requesters receive email updates as Work Order status changes. Submit the Maintenance Request by clicking Save. View Request details by clicking the request name. Approve the Maintenance Request by clicking Approve. Create a Work Order by clicking Save. Submit Request to submit the Maintenance Request. Maintenance Requests can be submitted by email. Enter the request title in the email subject line. Enter request details in the email body. Send to submit the request by email. Email Requests appear in the Requests tab and can be managed like other requests.
Click KPIs to get an overview of active Work Orders. View all unassigned Work Orders by clicking Unassigned. Click Overdue to view all overdue, unassigned Work Orders. Select all overdue, unassigned Work Orders using the checkbox. Click the Assignees icon to assign the selected Work Orders to a technician. After selecting a technician, click Save to assign the Work Orders. Click Preventive to view all Preventive Maintenance Work Orders. Click Calendar to switch to the calendar view. Work Orders can be rescheduled using drag and drop. Click Work Order to create a new Work Order. Assigned technicians receive real-time notifications. Technicians can log time and record Parts used. Add comments with photo attachments. View the complete history of Work Order activity and updates.
View PM details by clicking the PM name. View the PM schedule details. Procedures can be assigned to Work Orders generated by PMs. View time, Parts, and maintenance costs. View the complete PM Work Order history. The Progression column shows PMs that are scheduled to trigger soon. Activate a PM early by clicking it. View the Progression display when a PM is opened. Click Activate Now to trigger the PM Work Order early. Click In Progress to begin work on the Work Order. Click View Procedure to open the step-by-step PM checklist. Click Complete after all Procedure steps have been completed. Add comments to PM Work Orders. View labor time, Parts, and Cost details. Use the toggle to pause the PM. Select PMs for reassignment using the checkbox. Click the Assignees icon to reassign the selected PMs. Once the new technician is selected, click Save to update the assignments.
Use the search bar to find a specific Asset by name. Click on the Asset to view details and maintenance history. Open the Filters menu to narrow down your Asset list. Click Apply to update your Asset list with the selected filters. Review stored documents including manuals, specs, or service records. Attached documents can be accessed, viewed, and downloaded. View the QR code associated with an Asset. View main Asset details. View warranty and cost details. View Work Order history and completed Work Orders.
Click the Full Screen icon to expand the Floor Plan view. Click the plus icon to get a closer view of the floor plan. Click the Pan icon to move around the floor plan. Click Requests to view Maintenance Requests on the Floor Plan. Click a location to view Maintenance Requests for that location. View all Maintenance Requests associated with a location. Click Work Orders to view Work Orders on the Floor Plan. Click a Work Order to open it. Work Orders can be opened directly from the Floor Plans view. Click Assets to view your Assets on the Floor Plan. Click an Asset to view its details. Asset details can be accessed directly from the Floor Plans view. Click View Floor Plan to open the Floor Plan. View associated Work Orders and PMs for an Asset. Review active Work Orders. View Work Order details, progress, and current Status.
Click KPIs for fast filtering. KPIs provide visibility into inventory levels, costs, and shortages. Search for a Part by entering its name or number. Click a Part to view Part details. View essential Part details. QR Codes can be scanned with the Mobile App to view details, update quantities and add to Work Orders. View reconciliation Transaction details. View details about inventory reconciliation, including Quantity changes and Notes. Click a Work Order reference to view the Work Order where a Part was used. View a snapshot of Active Work Orders for a specific Entity, including Overdue and Critical Work Orders. The Detailed view shows historical metrics over the time period selected. Click Reports and KPIs to access maintenance reports and dashboards. Click the date picker to select the reporting period. Selecting Last 30 Days will pull all records logged for that period. Compare Work Orders Completed to Work Orders Created over time. View percentage of created Work Orders that have been completed. Open the report to view detailed analysis and additional KPIs. View KPIs, including Percentage Completed On Time and Mean Time To Repair. View Work Order creation and completion trends over the selected Time Interval. View the chart Month over Month. View KPIs, including Total Cost, Downtime, MTTR, and MTBF. Identify the Assets with the highest maintenance costs. Click Filters to locate a specific Asset. Click Apply to filter the Asset list. Click an Asset to open the Asset Card. Review the Asset Card, including Costs, Work Orders, and key Asset Details. Review Cost, Life Expectancy, and Warranty information. Review Asset Work Order history. Click Downtime to switch to the Downtime chart. Review Downtime history for your Assets. Click Status to view the current Asset Status and Downtime history. Review the Asset's downtime history and reliability timeline.
