Maintenance Requests can be created by clicking Request. Requesters can receive email updates as the Work Order status changes. Submit the Maintenance Request by clicking Save or Submit Request. Click on a request title to view the Request details. Click Approve to approve the Maintenance Request. Click Save to create a Work Order. Maintenance Requests can also be submitted by email. Enter the Maintenance Request title in the email subject line. Enter the Maintenance Request details in the email body. Click Send to submit the Maintenance Request by email. Email Requests appear in the Requests tab and can be managed like any other request.
