Preventive Maintenance functionality allows users to view and manage PM schedules. Monthly PM - RTU 7 displays PM schedule details including assigned procedures that can be attached to Work Orders generated by PMs. Users can view time, parts, and maintenance costs for each PM along with complete PM Work Order history. The Progression column indicates PMs that are scheduled to trigger soon. PMs can be activated early before their scheduled date using the Activate Now function. The Progression display shows when a PM is opened. Work Orders can be moved to In Progress status to begin work. Procedures provide step-by-step PM checklists that can be viewed and marked as complete after all steps are finished. Comments can be added to PM Work Orders. Labor time, parts, and cost details are tracked and displayed. PMs can be paused using a toggle control. Multiple PMs can be selected via checkboxes and reassigned to different technicians in bulk by selecting the new technician and saving the updated assignments.
