Work Orders module provides KPIs showing an overview of active Work Orders. Users can filter to view unassigned Work Orders and overdue unassigned Work Orders. Multiple Work Orders can be selected using checkboxes and bulk assigned to technicians by selecting from an assignee list and saving. Assigned Work Orders display which technician they have been assigned to. The system includes a Preventive Maintenance Work Orders filter. Calendar view allows Work Orders to be rescheduled through drag and drop functionality. New Work Orders can be created and saved through a Work Order creation form. Individual Work Orders can be opened to view full details. Assigned technicians receive real-time notifications when Work Orders are assigned to them. Technicians can log time entries and record Parts used on Work Orders. Comments can be added with photo attachments. Complete activity history and updates for each Work Order are tracked and viewable.
