Cost of Maintenance

The Cost of Maintenance is the total amount of money spent on the upkeep and repair of a facility, equipment, or system. This includes labor, materials, and any other associated costs. Maintenance costs can vary depending on the type of maintenance being performed, the complexity of the system, and the frequency of maintenance. Maintenance costs are typically divided into two categories: preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. Preventive maintenance is the proactive maintenance of a system to prevent future breakdowns, while corrective maintenance is the reactive maintenance of a system to repair existing damage.
